"It's personal. Growing up, I assisted with the care of a family member with special needs. I have witnessed firsthand the burnout, stress, lack of resources, and lack of trust for a caregiver outside of the home. I built Awesome Respite to give families the help and breaks needed for everyday life. Our staff should feel like an extended family member. Anything less is unacceptable."
