I first found yoga in 2015 and the physicality of the practice caught my interest right away! My intention as a professional Yoga Instructor is to help students listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone. I aim to ensure that everyone regardless of race, age, gender, or size feels comfortable in their own practice. I emphasize the fact that yoga is truly for everybody.
Yoga teaches you to be present in the moment. I hope that my students experience the joy that this practice gives to me.
